How to make a poll for a group chat

  1. Type your question and the choices above.
  2. Click Create Free Poll, then Copy.
  3. Paste the link into the chat. Everyone votes in their browser, whatever phone or app they use.

Why use a link poll in group chats

  • Works in every app. WhatsApp, iMessage, Messenger, Telegram, Slack, Teams and plain SMS all open the same link.
  • Mixed phones are fine. iPhone and Android users vote on the same poll.
  • Anonymous if you want it. Totals only, so nobody feels put on the spot.
  • One clear answer. The results page counts the votes for you.
